Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, passionisbeauty.com is pleased to offer the highest standard of customer service and return your purchase. We will gladly process all returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

The majority of returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Passion is Beauty gift card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. To receive your store credit more quickly, use the prepaid return label option in our UPS Returns Portal here!

Pick-up orders are not available at this time.

  • Item(s) must be returned in original condition and in original packaging, including all original tags, any paperwork, manuals, or accessories. Returned item(s) must be unopened, unused, not tried on, unaltered, undamaged, uncut, and unworn.
  • Free shipping does not apply to sale items or international shipping.
  • After an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. We only accept exchanges or returns with a request and purchase of a return label.
  • Customers have up to 14 days after proof of delivery to return or exchange items.
  • If you need to return or exchange an order for any reason, please contact the customer service email. No requests regarding orders and returns will be discussed through any other method of communication (social media, text, etc). We will review the request within 1-2 business days and give you an authorized return number and label. After your return is received, it will take 3 to 10 business days to inspect the return and issue the proper credits.
  • Customers are responsible for the additional costs, including shipping for the return.
  • If returned items are not in the same condition as they were when sent, we will refuse the return or send the package back to you with a shipping charge.
  • A 30% restock fee will be applied to all items that are accepted for return.
  • Once the item has been marked as shipped by the shipping carrier, the package is no longer our responsibility. If the package is lost, please file a claim with the shipping company (UPS, USPS, and DHL). We will help you and provide any further information if needed; however, a claim must be placed by the recipient/buyer first. 

Where is My Order?

Once your order has been fulfilled by our team, a shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Claims for damaged items require photos of the packaging and item(s) and must be filed no later than 15 calendar days from when it was marked delivered.

If your order has arrived damaged, please take photos of the item and the packaging it arrived in to include in your claim when filing.

If your order has defects or you suspect it was damaged during manufacturing, please reach out to us at info@passionisbeauty.com, and we will be happy to work with you to remedy the situation.

  • Returned merchandise will receive a minimum 30% restocking fee, depending on the condition of the item(s). If the return is due to a shipping error, you will not be charged.
  • If the original order qualified for free shipping and promotional shipping, original shipping costs will be deducted.
  • Original shipping fees will be refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly or damaged. Otherwise, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We suggest shipping all returns using a traceable delivery method as we are unable to refund or replace them without proof of delivery.
  • Any claims for damaged, defective, wrong, or missing items must be submitted within 14 days from the delivery date. It must be accompanied by a photo displaying the evidence of the claim. All these claims can take from 1 to 8 business days to be resolved after the claim is submitted.
  • Return credit will be issued after the inspection of the returned item(s) is completed and will always be issued to the same card to which they were originally charged.
  • For international or military installation (APO, FPO, MPO) returns, they must be made within 20 days from the delivery date. You will be responsible for additional charges (handling, customs, etc).

Refused Package / Undeliverable as Addressed (Return To Sender)

  • If you wish to have your order reshipped, there will be an additional payment needed for the cost of shipping.
  • If you are unwilling or unable to pay for shipping, the package will be treated as a regular return. A 30% restocking fee will be applied and shipping costs are not refundable.

Ineligible Items for Return

  • Clearance items, special sale items, promotional items, special order items.
  • All fashion jewelry and cosmetics are final sale.
  • Any product that is opened, used, tried on, altered, damaged by customers, missing pieces, and missing packaging materials.
  • All beauty supply items (chemicals, shampoos, glues, dyes, etc.).
